These Terms & Conditions form part of the Customer Guide and are incorporated into the Business Customer Contract between each Customer and Plan Communications Limited (“plan.com”).
General
These Terms & Conditions form part of the Customer Guide and are incorporated into the Business Customer Contract between each Customer and Plan Communications Limited (“plan.com”).
We reserve the right to amend these terms, or to withdraw or amend any tariff in this Tariff Guide at any time. If we do that, we will do it in accordance with the notice provisions set out in the General Terms and Conditions you have agreed to.
References to Plan in these terms and conditions are to Plan Communications Limited, registered under company number 010273V, with registered offices at 2nd Floor, IOMA House, Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man IM1 1AP.
Allowances, pricing and Charges quoted within this guide are all on a per Connection/per SIM per month basis unless otherwise stated. All pricing stated in these guides are exclusive of VAT.
Description
Our exclusive Pro Ireland Add-On gives you unlimited calls and texts from the UK to the Republic of Ireland throughout your contract (fair usage thresholds apply).
Compatibility
The Pro Ireland Add-On is available on all mobile tariffs and our Hosted 2,000 and Hosted Unlimited tariffs. It is not available on MBB tariffs.
Pro Ireland Calls
Pro Ireland usage includes calls that originate in the UK and are received by services in the Republic of Ireland.
Pro Ireland usage does not include making calls while abroad (these are classed as roaming usage, no matter where the call or SMS is received).
Pro Ireland usage does not include calls back to the UK from the Republic of Ireland.
International calls to premium numbers (such as International Directory Enquiries or help desks) are not included in Pro Ireland.
Pro Ireland calls are charged by the minute, with a one-minute minimum call charge.
Fair Usage
The Fair Use Threshold is set per connection and is monitored/updated regularly through analysis of customer usage profiles and trends. We also monitor where the pro-rated usage is projected to exceed the Fair Use Threshold within a particular period or billing cycle. The current limits applicable to all customer accounts are as follows:
The Fair Use Threshold for Pro Ireland is 3,000 minutes and 3,000 texts per service per month.
If, at the absolute discretion of plan.com, it is our opinion that your call usage materially exceeds the Fair Usage Threshold as described above, we may contact you by email, text, or telephone to advise you accordingly, but we reserve the right to bar your service.
When we contact you, we will provide you with the opportunity to rectify the situation by ceasing, or substantially reducing, your call and/or text usage.
If excessive usage continues, or if for any reason we reasonably suspect that you are not acting in accordance with this policy, we reserve the right to take further action.
Such action may include, but is not limited to:
- Removing the Pro Europe Tariff add-on
- Transferring you to a tariff that does not include unlimited texts or calls
- At our absolute discretion, suspending, modifying or restricting the use of your services
- Withdrawing access to the service indefinitely
- Termination of contract, which may also include contractual termination fees

Charges
Allowances and Charges quoted are all on a per Connection/per SIM basis. All Charges in this Tariff Guide are exclusive of VAT.
Additional Charges (out of bundle charges)
A Customer will incur Additional Charges where call or text usage (as applicable) within a day/month/billing period exceeds both (i) the relevant allowance included within the Inclusive Allowance of the Customer’s Tariff and (ii) the additional allowance provided by any Bolt-On that has been applied.
The reporting of usage can be subject to delay.

Calls to special numbers such as premium or non-geographic numbers will not be deducted from the Pro Ireland Add-on allowances and will be charged in accordance with (a) the rates set by the operator of the number or the business providing the service; and (b) the rates (‘Access Charges’) that we charge to access these numbers from our network.
